Job role

·  The Service Excellence GDS Operations Support senior analyst is a part of a global team that plays a pivotal role in transforming business at EY GDS enabling stakeholders to lead in the marketplace. The team partners with their stakeholders to solve problems through every step in their journey by focusing on innovation techniques, improve process efficiency and enhance productivity enabling them to remain competitive in the market.
·  This position will support GDS Argentina Operations in process improvement consultancy. Also, it will provide technical consultancy and manage automation requirements from Service Excellence projects based on the following: Office 365 Suite (Sharepoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc), BI applications, others, etc

Job responsibilities

Key Result Areas

·  Assist in business process improvement discussions, analyse and provide consultancy on process and automation opportunities
·  Assess and document processes. Suggest improvements
·  Digitalization requirements - configuration and development
·  Develop business intelligence reports
·  Be able to learn fast other Office 365 Suite possibilities

·  Ability to understand and identify the requirements from the team and systematically translate them into solution
·  Eager to learn about technologies and implement digital solutions
·  Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including pro-active collaboration
·  Ability to work virtually in a globally distributed environment
·  Report status of assigned tasks and adhere to Project deadlines
·  Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Graduates preferred, IT related certification, Business Administration.

Other requirements (Preferred)

·  + 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement
·  Experience in working with technology solutions (like Office 365/Excel Macros/BI tools)
·  Experience in data modelling is desired

·  Fluency in English
·  High multitasking capabilities
