Job description

The position is for a campaign and social media executive within EY GDS Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE). The candidate will be supporting EY BMC teams. The candidate will be required to manage the creation, design and publication of content to EY social media channels. He/she will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content. He/she should possess exceptional US English writing skills and experience in creating well-written, insightful content (both copy and visual assets). The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and able to ensure the content provided is published on time and presented in a way that maximizes reader engagement. The candidate will need to actively engage with the business and BMC to develop and coordinate the content calendar with input from the BMC team that leverage the respective social media handles. The candidate will also stay up to date with both general industry and EY social media trends, visual identity guidelines and develop metrics campaign reports.  The candidate will be working with a global team and should be aware of cross-cultural sensitivities and open to flexible work timings. He/she would be expected to learn quickly and stay up to date on what is happening in the sector they’re assigned.

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

Essential

·  Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organisation's pattern of communication and our client's motivation
·  3-5 years' experience in social media content creation and marketing communication
·  Up-to-date understanding of content trends of all the major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
·  Adept with the ORM skills and efficiently drive influencer marketing campaigns
·  Experience with Social Media Management Systems (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Spreadfast, etc.)
·  Experience of working with website content management systems (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager etc.)
·  Understanding about the keywords and other SEO practices
·  Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media and website content
·  MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
·  Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
·  Project management skills

Desirable

·  Digital marketing experience
·  Experience of working within a B2B brand
·  Experience of key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape

·  Be updated with the competitor’s social media channels and content flow
·  Work on daily monitoring and engagement of the EY accounts
·  Connect with brand, SCORE and other teams as part of process
·  Distribute engaging content through blogs, social media and other channels
·  Publish content over social media and secondary channels
·  Understand, support, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines
·  Should be eager and a fast learner who is willing to expand on core skills
