Overview
Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is looking for a GDS Marketing Automation Assistant that is wanting to expand their marketing automation skills. This individual must have a passion for technology, enjoys learning and loves adapting to change in the digital space.
The GDS Marketing Automation Assistant will support the EY Oceania Martech team with Mercury CRM, project support, tactical execution of campaigns end to end, process improvements and educating users on campaign best practices. This individualmust have experience with supporting email marketing campaigns and using various digital marketing tools with a strong interest in data management and analytics. The individual must be flexible, motivated, have high attention to detail and must have a proven track record of working effectively with teams, and with senior leaders across the business to execute and report on campaigns.
Major responsibilities:
· Build and execute Marketing Automation campaigns with varying complexities and sizes.
· Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets and target audience parameters are received for campaign execution.
· Managing of report responses, RSVPs using Marketo or CVENT.
· Work with BMC Products support team to have new contacts added to Marketo for EY Oceania.
· Regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of marketing automation campaigns and website performance.
· Provide project support to all Martech team members throughout the various stages of the project, including system testing.
· Assist with mapping and documenting technical processes using our internal systems (e.g. SAP client relationship manager (CRM) and Marketo.
· Ensure that new established processes are communicated, understood, and followed by key stakeholders.
· Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all external campaigns and online content support the firm’s brand and business strategy.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training, building relationships with partners and participating in industry learnings and webinar.
· Assist with marketing administration and other adhoc duties as required.
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a digital/email marketing execution role, either in-house or agency background, who has worked with corporate, financial or professional services organisations.
· A university degree or college diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
· 2-3 years’ experiencein a Digital/email marketing coordination support role.
· Strong project coordination skills, including managing internal stakeholder expectations and multiple campaigns at once.
· Must be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can work well within a team, and excel in a fast-paced corporate environment, whilst being able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Ability to review processes and make suggestions for automation.
· Solid technical skills and expertise with email campaign deployments.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and must becomfortable with presenting to virtual teams.
· Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Microsoft SharePoint.
· Must ensure adherence to EYs data privacy policies, processes and regulatory and legislative requirements.
· Familiarity with complex, multi-national organizations is highly preferred.
