Key Responsibilities:

· Review and compare of contracts and agreements as well as contract and (simple) legal document creation
· Preparation of virtual data rooms and contract analysis during a due diligence
· Respond to legal questions and support of legal response preparation
· Support implementation and delivery of contract management services as well as maintaining contract overviews and contract reporting
· Ensure service delivery in accordance with the agreed project scope and client-mandated processes, ensuring overall client satisfaction and compliance with SLAs, and actively identifying client needs and ways to fulfill those needs
· Summarize and provide reporting via daily/weekly/monthly metrics packs to internal and external project stakeholders, possibly members of senior management
· Communicate independently with the client’s business and legal stakeholders with a view of building/strengthening relationship
· Perform translations (GER-ENG/GER-SPA)
· Process, analyze, manage, archive big volumes of documentation on a daily basis
· Possibility of travel to EY sites in Germany

Candidate Profile:

· Knowledge of and experience with the review, redlining and negotiation of contracts preferred (in German)
· Fluency in German and English is a must have.
· Precise and diligent working ethic
· Engaged and commercially thinking team player with high sense of responsibility
· Strong communication, writing and inter-personal skills at all levels, including presentation skills, both formal and informal
· Highly responsive to the needs of both internal (including reporting managers, other project managers and team members) as well as external clients
· Proven skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications

· Preferred: Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in a law firm/ in-house/ KPOs
· If student: last year of university (not starting studies)
· German Qualification comparable to C2 language level
