The opportunity
You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data analytics. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective that’s rooted in modernized thinking with respect to how to performalign our clients’ strategic data management efforts. You will bring an understanding of how to execute functions such as data quality for big data, data catalog and master data management in a cloud native context using the latest tools that leverage AI and/or automated workflows. You will design, build and maintain scalable and robust solutions that unify, enrich and analyze data from multiple sources.In addition, you will help our clients modernize their information management approach and procedures for areas such as: “agile” governance for big data, practice management and many other rapidly evolving opportunities. Your key responsibilities
You’ll spend most of your time delivering engagements for a wide variety of clients and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
Skills and attributes for success

Designing, Architecting, and Developing data management solutions using modern cloud platforms such AWS or Azure to ingest and enrich data in transit and at rest.

Assisting in the strategy and implementation of Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Catalog and Master Data Management using modern techniques and approaches

Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
·
Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high- quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget

To qualify for the role you must have
·
A bachelor's degree and approximately three years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately two years of related work experience
·
A minimum of two years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas information strategy, data architecture, information/data governance, master data management, data quality, data integration
·
Working knowledge of the modern data management tool landscape (e.g. Talend, Collibra, Glue, Azure Data Catalog, etc.)
·
Experience with one or more data governance and data catalog tools (e.g. Alation, Waterline, Talend, Informatica, Collibra, and/or Infosphere)
·
Experience with one or more master data management and data quality tools (e.g. Talend, Informatica, DataStage, MuleSoft)
·
Experience with one or more data preparation/wrangling tools (e.g. Trifacta, Alteryx, Paxata, ClearStory Data, Datawatch)
·
Experience installing and configuring enterprise data management tools as well as integration with data sources, creating ETL jobs, updating metadata, validating lineage and monitoring workloads
·
A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for data management
·
Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
·
Engagement leadership experience including managing junior level consulting staff, providing regular status updates, monitoring project economics, as well as managing client relationships
·
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
·
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have

Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics or Business preferred; MBA desired
