Advisory - Finance Advisory - Beijing
As financial management consultant, you are responsible for delivering value-added services to our clients, primarily in big consulting firm and his/her team and you should specialize in some or all of the following areas:
Responsibilities:
· Design finance transformation strategy and finance organization;
· Conduct finance operating model transformation, financial internal control, such as shared services and outsourcing analysis;
· Develop business requirement of client finance application based on finance transformation design;
· Conduct finance process reengineering in general ledger and closing, opportunity to cash, procurement to payment, treasury and cash management, budgeting and planning, performance management based on client’s finance application or ERP platform.
· Prefer to have financial background with good business sense
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree and above, major in business management, accounting,finance and MIS candidates preferred;
· Financial background - understand corporate accounting/finance operation
· General finance process knowledge - if the candidate does not have general process
knowledge, he needs to have the specialty in a focus area - cost management, procurement process and etc
· Minimum of 3~5 years for Senior/5~8 years for Manager/more than 8 years for Senior Manager in a leading business consulting organization or finance and accounting organization;
· General IT knowledge - understand ERP system, BW and Intelligence tools, financial module experience is preferred;
· Cost management experience
· Finance operation improvement experience
· Shared service centre experience
· Finance operation experience in Telecom and Hi-tech industry. Actually if anyone with real deep industry knowledge in finance domain, open to any industry.
· Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
· Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;
· Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
