Job description

Skills & Qualifications:

·  Demonstrate success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level, and ability to constructively challenge stakeholders to open up new ways of working.
·  Excellent project management skills, proven team building and interpersonal communication and writing skills.
·  Strong working knowledge of a professional services organization.
·  Executive presence, strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
·  Expected percentage of time spent per BD activity: Activation and PMO (50%) / Tailoring go to market assets (50%).

Experience:

·  University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
·  A proven record of activation supporting complex, multi-year services and solutions at leading clients.
·  Work with SL leadership, Market Segment Boards and Fields of Play leadership to develop and deploy Field of Play, Solution or Alliance GTM strategy across market segments and accounts.
·  Develop, deploy and project manage client centric customisable content which supports activation through Sectors and Accounts (e.g. solution presentation decks, talk tracks, Q&A etc.) 
·  Join client meetings to test and learn market messages and build personal credibility. 
·  Facilitate strategic discussions with Account teams and Market Segment Boards to determine the ideal solutions for the accounts and market segment.
·  Work closely with the Solutions team and BMC to learn from and tailor global Go-to-Market Activation assets to meet UKI / priority sector needs.
·  Work with Alliances team to create joint EY – Alliance briefing sessions on key sector solutions.

Tailor Go-to-market assets:

·  Implement local and global best practices, process consistency and synergies for Go-to-Market Activation in the region.
·  Garner client feedback (support conversations with clients) and escalate client needs to inform deployment plans.
·  Co-develop needed customization of thought leadership and materials.
·  Drive market sectors to focus on the high-value solutions in alignment with the MSL's sector priorities and align target accounts.

Campaign leadership and self-service:

·  Support Go-to-market campaigns for markets priorities including working with the Solution or Alliance BDL to drive pipeline operations.
·  Deploy best practice documentation to facilitate the creation or operation of a self-service model that allows the business to access best-practice when rolling our campaigns or solutions which are not directly supported by BD.
