At Eni we are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work at Eni Suisse in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be working for our ICT department, ensuring that data exchanges between the various business applications run smoothly and accurately. Supporting users with day-to-day IT issues.
As a member of a small team at Eni Suisse you will be responsible for:
· Responsible for analysing all internal business applications.
· Monitoring the updating and ensuring the smooth running and availability of all business software.
· Coordinating IT projects to deliver outsourced application solutions.
· Managing access to our various applications by our internal rules, based on ITIL standards.
· Responsible for updating and creating systems documentation, as well as all documentation specific to your activity.
· Carrying out various administrative tasks relating to the purchasing and documentation processes within your business area.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:
· You have a postgraduate degree in IT and successful experience in a similar position.
· knowledge of application analysis required.
· Good command of SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics Navision, as well as knowledge of IT support.
· Native French speaker with a good knowledge of Italian.

Eni recherche un ICT Business Analyst pour travailler à Eni Suisse à Lausanne, en Suisse. Vous travaillerez pour notre département ICT et veillerez à ce que les échanges de données entre les différentes applications commerciales se déroulent sans heurts et avec précision. Soutenir les utilisateurs dans leurs problèmes informatiques quotidiens.
En tant que membre d'une petite équipe au sein d'Eni Suisse, vous serez responsable de :
· Analyser toutes les applications commerciales internes.
· Contrôler la mise à jour et assurer le bon fonctionnement et la disponibilité de tous les logiciels d'entreprise.
· Coordonner les projets informatiques en vue de fournir des solutions d'application externalisées.
· Gérer l'accès à nos différentes applications conformément à nos règles internes, basées sur les normes ITIL.
· Assurer la mise à jour et la création de la documentation des systèmes, ainsi que de toute la documentation spécifique à votre activité.
· Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées aux processus d'achat et de documentation dans votre domaine d'activité.
Cette opportunité est pour vous si vous répondez à ces exigences :
· Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en informatique et possédez une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.
· Connaissance de l'analyse d'applications requise.
· Bonne maîtrise de SQL, SharePoint et Microsoft Dynamics Navision, ainsi que des connaissances en support informatique.
· Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et avez une bonne connaissance de l'italien.
