Responsibilities
· Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS.
· Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
· Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company's requirements
· Lead Document controller for the IMS system
· Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs
· Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement
· Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement
· Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue
· Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding
· Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives
· Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process.
· Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
· Support development of house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· At least 2 years experience in quality related work
· Preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified
· Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour
· Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism
· Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
