Job description

· 
Works with clients, vendors and internal partners to ensure delivery of entry level Engie product lines. 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership/ Financial Accountability/ Client Engagement/ Decision Making/  

· 
Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and clients as needed to resolve inventory, service and billing issues. ·  

· 
Site and service creation and maintenance.  

· 
Develop and maintain close working relationships with appropriate vendor representatives and national account managers.  

· 
Firm understanding of all telecom/utility/waste related reports to ensure resolution of any data discrepancies. 

· 
Organize, prioritize and use time management tools to ensure proper follow-up is completed.   

· 
Provide customer service to clients in support of Engie product line.  

· 
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/ Certifications/ Experience 

· 
High School Diploma or equivalent required 

· 
AA degree a plus. 

· 
Minimum 2 years relevant experience of clerical and/or customer related work experience required. 

· 
Requires prior experience involving customer service, interacting with clients in person and by phone, and organizing and prioritizing work tasks.  

· 
Experience working with Utility, Waste or Telecom providers preferred.  

· 
Template experience and six months experience at ENGIE Impact prefered.  

· 
Other combinations of experience/education may be considered. 

· 
May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

The pay range for this job is  $14.28- $24.14 , however all offers will be in compliance based on state minimum wage requirements.”

 

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
