is looking for a candidate for the position of

Project Engineer - onshore wind farms

Location: Katowice / Wroclaw 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying investment opportunities in the wind energy sector and hybrid solutions (other generation or storage sources correlated with wind sources);
• Independently managing investment projects in large-scale onshore wind farms or renewable energy project portfolios, in collaboration with the existing Project Management Office (PMO);
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with stakeholders of ongoing and newly initiated local projects led by the Project Manager; 

• Eventually supervising the work of the project team (specialists) and industry subcontractors;
• Creating project documentation for internal and external needs;
• Closely collaborating with other company departments (e.g., legal department) and development teams abroad;
• Reporting and planning project progress for internal and external purposes.

 

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in searching for and executing wind energy projects, with references – a must;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information; • Knowledge of legal regulations related to the energy sector, with particular emphasis on renewable energy sources (RES);
• Practical project management skills confirmed by at least one successfully completed RES project;
• Ability to work in a team with a high degree of independence among members;
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication (B2);
• Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel for work within the country.
