Job description

Key Responsibilities

·  Create and update 3D models and drawings using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and others 
·  Perform clash detection and coordination of BIM models using Navisworks or other software 
·  Produce 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models using Revit or other software 
·  Maintain BIM standards, workflows and processes 
·  Coordinate with other departments to capture and incorporate requirements Audit BIM models and data to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements 
·  Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices 
·  Develop design options from high level technical input 
·  Explore new technologies and solutions to enhance our digital information and project delivery capabilities 
·  Manage asset data within the Asset Information Model (AIM) Job Requirements 

 

Skills & Experiences

·  Bachelors Degree in engineering, and Certification in BIM software such as Revit, Naviswork
·  Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM modelling, software proficiency
·  Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, Clash detection & coordination  and Integration 
·  Project base location: Johor 
·  Priority for those could start Immediately or 1 month
