MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR:Analyze requests made by operational personnel• Collect and analyze the needs of the business teams Evaluate the cost of projects.• Determine priority projects for presentation to the project steering committee or the investment committee (for projects requiring a large budget) in accordance with regulatory requirements• Present projects to the investment committee (or to the program management director) highlighting the stakes involved, the context, the impacts, and the changes to processes Manage preliminary design studies• Set up a team (composed of consultants and experts) in charge of analyzing the technical feasibility of requests from business lines, as well as their consistency with the IS system design and the overall IS architecture• Defend the ultimately approved projects and their associated budgets before the investment committee Manage projects and coordinate their implementation• Define the project phases and distribute assignments among the various consultants or project commissioning assistants (in-house personnel and/or contractors)• Keep track of deadlines and the budget, as well as the progress of the various project phases• Lead steering committee meetings (including contributors from the spheres of operational risks, compliance, IT security, etc.)• Define the test plan and supervise the drafting of the user manuals and documents• Report on the progress of the project to the program management director and the directors of the relevant entities Set up a change management structure• Manage the roll-out of new applications to users• Plan skills-transfer programs and organize training sessions for the operational teams Manage teams of consultants/project commissioning assistants• Manage the personnel on your team: objectives, leave, annual reviews, training needs, etc.• Keep track of the allocated budget• Participate in the selection and assessment of subcontractors (select IT service providers or consulting firms, help draft the call for tenders and evaluate the responses, select and interview candidates)JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION5 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY:Information SystemsREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALAll company functions – IS networkEXTERNAL:

Vous savez fédérer les équipes autour d’un objectif et savez être force de proposition, vous disposez d’une première expérience managériale d’une équipe.

Votre capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation, d’organisation, d’analyse vous permettra d’évoluer sur cette fonction au sein de notre Groupe. Enfin, votre curiosité intellectuelle vous permettra de collaborer sur l’ensemble des sujets et avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Vous avez déjà une expérience dans le domaine du recrutement et/ou de la formation.

La connaissance d’outils Saas tels que Workday, Oracle ou Successfactor serait un plus. Last but not least, vous parlez anglais couramment !
