Job description

Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

MISSIONS

Team coordination and management
.Organize the work and the team(s): allocate the work and adapt the staffing to needs.
.Draw up the work schedule for the workshop, the interventions on the building sites and deal with unforeseen events.
.Report any failures and take appropriate disciplinary measures.
.Welcome the workshop’s staff, organize their training on the job and manage their time entries.

Organization and monitoring of activity
.Manage equipment stocks and orders
.Schedule and organize equipment logistics for the benefit of the building sites
.Implement the schedule: allocate the workloads, define the work positions
.Manage the workshop’s budget
.Adjust deliveries and find solutions to any problems you observe
.Provide your team with technical assistance
.Ensure equipment is maintained by managing priorities
.Determine the necessary investments in terms of equipment and layout
.Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations have been obtained

Quality, health, safety
.Train new arrivals on the rules and procedures in place
.Make sure that work and personal protective equipment is available
.Check that procedures are applied, back up the actions of the team leader
.Make sure that regulatory checks of installations and equipment are carried out
.Ensure that waste is sorted, that storage workshops are tidied and cleaned, and that chemical products are stored properly

Team and employees support and development
. Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS (training, education, certifications, etc.)
.Occupational diploma in equipment maintenance, handling, public works machinery, etc.

JOB ENVIRONMENT
.Reporting line: Site Equipment manager
.Internal relations: Team leader, Electrician, Electromechanical technician, Mechanic, Equipment maintenance technician, Storeman
.External relations: suppliers

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS  

· 
Diplômé d’un BAC PRO / BTS métiers de la maintenance et des équipements manutention, engins TP...  

· 
Vous maîtrisez les différents aspects techniques (mécanique, électricité, machines)  

· 
Vous maitrisez l’utilisation des appareils de mesure (électrique, pneumatique et hydraulique)  

· 
Vous savez faire preuve d’anticipation et avez le sens des priorités   

· 
Vous disposez du permis B et vous êtes mobile géographiquement sur le périmètre normand
