MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT MANAGER:

Definition of all the technical phases in the project
• Draw up the project’s general technical specifications based on the functional specifications provided by Programme Management, according to the technical architecture and security requirements.
• Supervise the drafting of the project’s detailed technical specifications.
• Assess the risks (costs, lead times, etc.) that may arise during construction.
• Define needs in terms of human resources and technical skills.
• Prepare the cost estimate and/or invoicing elements upstream.

Project management, follow-up and coordination
• Set up the project’s structures and operating rules (methods, management tools, indicators, etc.).
• In conjunction with the project’s teams, define the goals and lead times for producing the deliverables (applications, modules, specific developments, etc.).
• Choose and assign resources based on the project’s technical constraints.
• Manage and measure progress (creation of dashboards, choice of indicators, scheduling of steering committee meetings, etc.).
• Organize and conduct steering committee meetings with the decision-makers.
• Regularly provide Programme Management with the dashboards on the project’s progress.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external players.
• Validate the deliverables.

Testing and technical acceptance
• Schedule and organize the unitary and load tests.
• Monitor the production launch and the deployment.
• Ensure the correction of anomalies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 5 years’ higher education
FIELDS OF STUDY: Information System – Project Management – Technical
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Après une première expérience de 3ans au minimum (hors alternance) dans le domaine SIRH sur l’outil Workday, vous êtes à la recherche d’un nouveau challenge.

Vos capacités d’adaptation, d’organisation et d’analyse vous permettront d’évoluer au quotidien avec l’équipe. Enfin, votre curiosité intellectuelle vous permettra de collaborer sur l’ensemble des sujets et avec les différentes parties prenantes.

D’ailleurs vous orientez toujours vos objectifs pour satisfaire vos interlocuteurs.

Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour votre prise de recul et savez être force de proposition.

Last but not least, vous parlez anglais couramment et/ou Espagnol !
