DXC’s Client Advisory and Engagement team is a small but impactful team within Global Marketing and Communications

Collaborating directly with our clients and partners, through strategically designed, advisory sessions, we integrate their feedback to deliver transformational solutions. We do this through three fundamental programs:

ENVSION – a global transformation design thinking practice that designs and facilitates strategy engagements, enabling conversations which align strategy (business and IT) and shape digital transformation journeys. Our engagements are collaborative conversations where facilitation and live visualization enable C-level executives to co-create their future state and path to get there. Client Advisory Boards – designed to drive client intimacy, advocacy and growth, DXC conducts client advisory boards globally twice per year and in every one of our regions every 3 quarters. Clients are able to shape and influence DXC’s strategic direction, investments, portfolio of offerings and partner ecosystem while engaging in peer-to-peer discussion on common challenges and opportunities. As a result, DXC gains vast insight into our clients’ needs and how to best meet them Sponsorships – mutual partnerships in which DXC helps them perform better via our portfolio of offerings and in turn we create a platform to communicate exactly how DXC is “digital delivered.” Activities span employee, client and partner engagement, brand amplification/activation, demand generation/pipeline acceleration and digital storytelling.

Principal Accountabilities

·  Sponsorship Engagement:  Lead, plan, coordinate, produce and manage a world-class end-to-end plan for primary DXC sponsorships.   Receive requests and manage the qualification process.  Serve as first point of contact with sponsoring companies.  Implement an annual plan that delivers on the strategic objectives of the sponsorship - define scope, clarify and communicate expectations and outcomes, engage all required parties, manage all partner and associate client engagement related to planned activities, generate all required communication with key stakeholders (internal and external), measure and track ROI.
·  Research, Contextual Analysis and Storytelling:  Gather relevant client, account, sales pursuit and industry information; seek and communicate understanding of critical context and background; interview sales teams and clients to gain and summarize client insights and conclusions. Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan designed such that all stakeholders can benefit from insights gained from Client Advisory Boards, ENVISION Summits and sponsorship activities.
·  Brand Amplification: Proactively mine opportunities to amplify DXC’s brand working collaboratively across functions and agencies. Leverage your extensive knowledge of all marketing and communications capabilities to determine the best vehicle(s) for maximum impact (digital advertising, social media, events, employee engagement, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

·  10 years of experience in marketing and communications, requiring high levels of collaboration, planning and management. Experience working at the C-level with those in leadership roles, and executive-level individuals and teams
·  Proven ability to manage project-based work involving coordination and integration of people, processes, and systems across multiple functions and on large projects or programs involving parallel tracks
·  Excellent storytelling and editing skills with core skills and practical experience in content creation.
·  Demonstrate both critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities in analyzing data and information; draw hypothetical solutions based upon logic and intuition
·  Proven capability in client (internal and external) relationship management; influencer across multiple layers of an organization
·  Strong affinity to clients and partners; passion for exploration and implementation of the “art of the possible”
·  Self-starter, ability to work in ambiguous environment requiring cross-functional collaboration
·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
