· Verify member Medi-Cal eligibility
· Verify the service was a Medi-Cal covered benefit on the date of
service
· Evaluate supporting medical expense documentation provided by
the member
· Review rendered services for medical necessity
· Determine whether Medi-Cal payment was previously made
· Verify that the provider reimbursed the beneficiary
· Maintain documentation for each case
· Documents contacts in CRM
· Determine service code based on the description of a service
· 1-year minimum experience
