Project Management Office - Senior Project Control Analyst
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field preferred
· 8-10 years of Project/Program Management or PMO experience in a diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments, on a country, regional or global level preferred
· Proven experience with project management methodologies, processes and tools
· ITIL / ITSM certification preferred
· PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
· Fluent in Japanese language
Key functional competencies:
· Applied experience of global Project Management Methodologies (PMI), Best Practices, Operational Policies, Processes and Reporting
· Applied knowledge of ITIL (IT Information Library) or ITSM (IT Service Management)
· Applied knowledge of MS Office
· Applied knowledge of MS Project
Key enabling competencies:
· Good communication skills (verbal and written communication skills, Email/ Meeting etiquette, strong command of English Language)
· Strong Customer Focus
· Proven experience of working across cultures and boundaries (virtual and/or co-located)

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement DXC Project Support controls on the Account or Program. Ensure that processes, tools and methods are operated consistently
· Coach/support PM team on Project Management processes and tools
· Ensure data compliance/quality to PM toolsets
· Create and maintain Sharepoint (or other) repositories to store project documentation and reference material (PM Account induction packs etc.) up to date; Ensure project documents are correctly stored at all times and especially at project closure time, archive all documents
· Ensure processes are in place to handle the security and confidentiality of Portfolio/Program/Project documentation
· Ensures Document Management standards are followed for Project artefacts
· Supports the PM onboarding/off boarding process; Creation and maintenance of the PM Account Induction material
· Support the Lessons Learned process; ensure that all eligible projects follow the process
· Facilitate/support the Project Review process; schedule initiation, execution and closure reviews; Track and monitor actions, Get to Green plans are in place and monitored (where appropriate)
· Support the Project Management workload management/utilization process; providing reports to ensure that all PM's achieve maximum utilization
· Implement and maintain internal and external project, program and portfolio reporting in line with the corporate and contractual requirements; Provide consolidated project and program performance reports and analysis (tasks, deliverables and milestone status, portfolio status, KPI status)
· Provide workshop/meeting administration; ensuring that project distribution lists are up to date
· Oversees Program PMO Services mailbox
· Implement DXC Project Financial controls on the Account or Program. Ensure that processes, tools and methods are operated consistently
· Coach/support PM team on Project Financial processes
· Review and track Portfolio/Program/Project costs and revenues; calculate and analyze cost variances (budget vs actuals)
· Manage invoicing preparation activities
· Prepare monthly Project Financial reports (Labour Hours Analysis & Billable Hours Report; Revenue & Expense Reporting)
· Participates in the regular Financial Review Meetings; follow-up on specific project related actions
· Support the Project Forecasting process
· Maintain all project registration tools to reflect price and cost rate cards
· Supports the process for tracking spend against Client Purchase Orders
· Ensure all project financial issues are escalated to the FAM team where appropriate
