The Global Tramlining programme is one of the major savings initiatives of Supply Productivity. The programme has been highly successful, now being live across all major manufacturing markets globally.

We’re now moving into an exciting period where Tramlining becomes fully embedded into the organization..

Follows Strategic market Diageo set up, with key relationships in the largest Supply markets; ISC, NAM, India & Africa.

Purpose of Role

The purpose of this role is to continue to support the Tramlining programme by working with markets on analytics and insights on global material and liquid costs, selling price, volumes and packaging specifications, but also to develop, implement and maintain key tramlining tools and processes across the organization.

Top Accountabilities

·  Work with market stakeholders to gather the necessary cost and sales data
·  Produce analytical insights from this data
·  Work with market stakeholders to identify feasible cost saving opportunities
·  Work with DBS to create and maintain Tramlining tools

Qualifications and Experience Required

·  Good understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes
·  Good level of financial understanding
·  Highly competent in MS Excel
·  Experience in other key technologies e.g. MS Access, MS PowerPoint, with Anaplan and PowerBI being preferred
·  Attention to detail is key, inquisitive & questioning nature
·  Great at working as part of a small cohesive, integrated team
·  Strong problem solving planning/organising, highly detail conscious
·  Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge
·  Have a huge passion for growing and developing
·  Good Presentation and Communication skills
