About the role

We are seeking to appoint highly motivated Fixed Term Storehouse Assistants to work at our flagship Retail Store.

·  Are you a great communicator that thrives on meeting people from all walks of life, from all over the world every day?
·  Do you enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding store targets in a lively, friendly and busy retail environment?
·  Are you highly organised yet flexible in how you work, with a ‘can do’ approach and the initiative to drive great performance?
·  Have you a passion for Guinness and our brands?
·  Do you enjoy telling a good story?

The role will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

·  Acting as an Ambassador for Guinness at all times.
·  Interacting with and anticipating the needs of visitors from all over the world.
·  Display and Replenishment of exclusive Guinness Merchandise.
·  Personalisation of Guinness Giftware.
·  Delivering an enjoyable Retail Experience for each visitor.
·  Ensuring all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately.
·  Adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
·  Role-Modelling best practice in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
