We’ve created some unique opportunities at the Brand Visitor Centre in our Talisker Distillery on the beautiful Isle of Skye. Are you a natural storyteller who can breathe life in to the stories about Diageo’s unique brands and mission?

Brand Home Guide

Talisker Distillery, Isle of Skye, Scotland

Please note this is a permanent part-time role comprised of 1983.6 annualised hours. This means that during peak tourist season you may work full-time hours (circa 38 hours per week) and accordingly will work fewer hours throughout the rest of the year e.g. November to March. Annual salary is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

About the role

Being an integral part of the visitor centre team, as a Brand Home Guide, you’ll be required to deliver high standards of customer service and provide a memorable visitor experience. Our tours are the opportunity for the public to learn the Talisker story. You’ll be guiding them around our beautiful distillery representing the brand and Diageo as a whole.

You’ll implement a focus on ticket sales and promoting our brand.  Our impressive whisky bar holds many of our products, therefore shop duties and up-selling products will also be a key focus for you.
