Our Product and Solutions Marketing team (within the Product group) is committed to lead Boomi’s go-to-market and deliver product launches to drive business growth. This is a highly cross-functional role at Boomi, partnering closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing. 

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate to join Boomi, has a passion for technology and is a self-enabler, who can foster relationships across teams and is excited to work in a dynamic and fun environment.

In this role:

You will become the expert in defining and executing readiness for all product launches with a goal of making as much impact on the market as intended.You will beresponsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment & communication and tracking toward launch milestones. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal from inception through market readiness. This is a critical role to make sure all internal constituents are working toward the same goal and managing communication & changes as we launch new products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Work with Product Management & Marketing to define and execute a winning product launch plan with goals and success metrics, prioritized by launch tiers/levels

· 
Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from the cross-functional launch team

· 
Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management throughout new product launch

· 
Advocate for all stakeholders throughout the release cycle to ensure they have the support needed to succeed

· 
Ensure teams understand their role in the product launch, facilitate communication of internal readiness and to customers & partners

· 
Manage product adoption after the launch and track metrics to measure growth

You will need:

· 
Strong communication, presentation and writing skills with analytical thinking

· 
Strong accountability and project management for tasks with minimal supervision

· 
4+ years of relevant project or program management experience preferred

· 
2+ yrs relevant experience in Product Management or Product Marketing preferred

· 
Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

· 
Ability to build excellent rapport with leadership

· 
Understanding and experience with agile product development practices desirable
