Our Resource Deployment Manager team within Professional Services coordinates, plans and schedules the requisite number of global professional services employees for client engagement projects within a defined geography or practice. Working with other Resource Managers to source and share additional resources, we collaborate in the development of processes and systems to track, identify, task and plan resources for project work.

Responsibilities

·  Stays abreast of current industry trends, new technology, and company solutions through internal and external professional associations, networking, classes, and conferences.
·  Develops and cultivates strong internal customer relationships with Sales and Services organization. Maintains a current information source of resource skill sets, availability, schedules, and delivery restrictions to assist in rapid identification and fulfillment of resources.
·  Achieves a high degree of familiarity with and knowledge of field/headquarters policies and procedures
·  Manages calendar for multiple disciplines including technology implementation, partner, and possibly hybrid maintenance support.
·  Works with approved list of delivery partners to ensure resource availability and skill sets.
·  Identifies available resources based on needed expertise, availability and location to participate on post-sales activities
·  Fulfill resource needs by following a decision tree.
·  Provides management a list of resources available.
·  Monitors status of on-going projects to ensure appropriate resources are available.
·  Under management direction, contacts designated partner to handle facilitation of resource availability & completes research and data gathering to help assess partners.
·  Maintains active development of pipeline resources.
