We are looking for someone to join our Executive Talent & Competencies team in our corporate Headquarter in Boulevard Haussmann, Paris. Our team looks after the recruitment and development of the Executives and the Executive pipeline.

As Talent Analyst , you will support the team in various talent topics such as the update of the qualitative and quantitative people database, the implementation of the Talent/Performance Reviews, the tracking of KPIs, etc.

ABOUT THE JOB

For the Talent Team in charge of the Executives and the Executive pipeline, you will:

·  Be the Talent Analyst:

·  Preparation of Talent Analytics (KPIs follow-up) for monthly COMEX meeting, or regularly for WBU/Functional Board meetings (for instance, diversity KPIs)
·  Contribute to on-demand Talent presentations for the top management
·  Report regularly on Talent Management performance to offer insights

·  Be the (quantitative and qualitative) Data Champion:

·  Responsible for the people database (internal moves, external recruitment, upgrade…)
·  Update the individual Talent Cards, org charts, succession plans…
·  Draft and get the validation for Appointment Notices of internal/external recruitments for all Executives
·  Partner with Executive C&B Team and HR IS Team to align on on-going topics

·  Support the preparation of the Talent collective processes: Annual Talent/Performance Review, succession plan, development conversation

·  Work on the continuous improvement of processes/tools towards the excellence of the people data/analytics: be a contributor to transversal activities/projects as Executives pipeline, visibility plans…

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a person with:

·  Bachelor's degree, with at least a first experience in HR in a global office environment
·  Strong affinity with data and how to transform it into insights
·  Can-do attitude with agility and flexibility to succeed in fast-paced environment
·  Interpersonal relationship with customer orientation. Ability to connect with top senior management
·  Excellence in execution: organized, attention to detail, rigorous, reliable.
·  Political savvy
·  Strong sense of confidentiality
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Excellent written and communication skills
·  We work in English . Other languages are a bonus.
