About the job

 

Supply Planning

·  To get final Supply Plan in total from Planning Manager and to split quantity by distributor in Shipment Rolling file.
·  To get detail ETD/ETA from SP to cover M+3 rolling, in line with M+3 rolling PO commitment with distributors
·  To identify end-month delivery risk Vs cut-off date Vs unloading capacity at distributors Vs loading capacity at Supply Points

Custom Clearance Process & Shipment Delivery at the Right Time with the Right Quantity

·  Prepare all set of shipping document (packing list, invoice, truck bill, form D and certificate of origin) to get signature from management and stamp for shipping agent in order to prepare the import process/custom clearance/unloading products on time
·  Lead weekly call with Supply Points / monitor shipment plan/ highlight on shipment risk if any from Supply Points (Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand and Vietnam)
·  Manage to negotiate unloading schedule with distributors to deliver shipment to warehouse on time and communicate to distributor in case there's any changes

Operation Control & Report Analysis

·  Ensure End to End process in SAP system start with SO, PO until unloading physical stock at warehouse in HIGH ACCURACY/on time manner
·  Manage advance tax payment & request for approval from internal Senior Management and DBS/Coordinate DBS team on SO# block & release for create PO to Supply Points (SP) and P2P for Posting Payments
·  Lead quarterly meetings with logistic agents
·  Monthly Shipment plan rolling for FCF/OFCF Planning to Finance
·  Update monthly actualized logistic cost Vs budget estimation per defined timeline

Compliance document and Support audit activities (Internal, External & Dango)

·  Transactions: Credit note fully recorded with proper reason remark / Debit note /Delivery Note from logistics agents / Good Receive note from distributors on defined time per requirement
·  Dango internal control - Maintain practice & audit score (documents/processes required to support internal audit)
·  Create the SO, PO, and billing to customer per defined timeline and process step
·  Update HS code master file and ensure that all HS code are comply with regulation About you

About you　

 

·  Bachelor degree of Logistic Engineering &Supply Chain Management, Business Science
·  Relevant knowledge in analysis and number calculation
·  Minimum 3 years experience in demand planning/supply planning in similar industry
·  System, especially SAP knowledge
·  Experiences in Customs and Importation documentation is preferable
·  Computer literate – SAP, advanced Excel, PowerPoint
·  Self-independence and pro-activeness to drive for result and efficiency
·  Good multitasking and prioritization skills
·  Self-motivated, strong commitment, and hard working
·  Proactive, good follow through and results oriented
·  Analytical and with good presentation skills
·  Can work with different stakeholders to follow Demand/Supply process
