Would you like to provide outstanding customer service while developing strong professional relationships with dedicated Customers, Sales teams, and the internal Supply Chain team? Then DWA has an excellent opportunity for you as a Customer Solutions Specialist.
Mission: You will lead the order-to-delivery process for assigned accounts (Walmart, Sam's & Red-Bull) and drive internal /opportunities partnerships towards long-term business growth and profitability.
Successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:
• Manage the order life cycle from creation to delivery by ensuring accuracy & compliance which includes terms of sale, lead time, inventory availability and bracket pricing.
• Communicate with customers by tracking shipments, club inventory levels, and conducting gap analysis on performance measures. Will represent SC at WM/Sam's weekly meetings.
• Professionally and promptly resolve customer topics and inquiries by thoroughly researching issues, identifying root causes and offering solutions.
• Drive customer collaboration routines to identify opportunities for improvement & aligning with DWA operations to maximize efficiency for win-win solutions.
• Lead the application of CPFR, VMI, or other data sharing tools and processes to improve order patterns, support volume growth, and optimize supply chain efficiencies.
• Manage the vendor consolidation program (CaseStack), executing transfers, tracking performance & leading business reviews.
• Work with partners to implement initiatives that can be shared across customers, geographies, and business units.
• Identify & drive solutions that improve DWA profitability and reduce total cost-to-serve.
• Complete related records, reports, and documentation required to support assigned customers.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to process orders: secure appointments, clarify transportation requirements, and monitor fill rate.
• Deliver specific and measurable cost savings and service improvements through process improvements and corrective action.
• Meet service level expectations as defined by the customer and dedicated customer teams.
• Actively participate in metric reviews with customer and dedicated customer teams.
• Work closely with the customer's logistics staff on inventory deployment issues and provide the primary interface for managing and resolving logistics issues.
• Support the company's initiative on Innovation by providing detailed insights on the arrival dates of new products from France.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Supply Chain, Business or Economics
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Working knowledge of SAP (P04 Production)
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (written & verbal)
• Capacity for quickly getting up to speed on customers' supply chain operations, developing extensive knowledge of behaviors & inefficiencies
• Anticipating issues before they arise & developing contingencies for resolution independently or collaboratively
• Ability to manage through Key Performance Indicators and performance issues
• Operations, finance and profit/loss management experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%
