Sr. Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for building new and improving existing Analytics/Reporting tools across multiple domains of Supply Chain. In addition, Sr. Analyst will manage business data sets and repositories, define and develop metrics, generate actionable business insight and proposed actions striving to identify, quantify, and help realize business value (top or bottom line) from such insights.

Sr. Analyst will work in hands-on manner facilitating discussion and requirements gathering with Business and IS stakeholders, developing designs, estimates, workplans; and executing, tracking, and reporting progress against milestones leveraging necessary business and analytics resources across domains and teams. Sr. Analyst may be responsible for delivering critical monthly/weekly business reports and dashboards.

Education and Experience (Requirements):
Analytical background - B.S.: mathematics, computer science, engineering, etc.
Functional experience in at least one of Customer Collaboration and Insights, Logistics, Manufacturing or Procurement areas (more than one is a plus).

Experience developing comprehensive People, Process, and Technology enterprise analytics solutions
2-3 years of professional experience in Consumer Goods/Retail/general manufacturing or logistics business environments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Retail industries

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferably).

Skilled in report design and development using Microstrategy, SAP BW, Power BI, Tableaus or similar.

Skilled in data management, data query, and insight generation. Knowledge of data management and data mining techniques and tools including one of - SQL, Python, R, etc.

Big data management and cloud platform experience (e.g. AWS) is a strong plus.

Data science expertise (statistics, correlation) is a strong plus.

Ability to pull data, develop data driven insights (root/cause analysis), develop data visualizations and data-driven storyboards to articulate business opportunities.

Ability to gather and document user requirements for reports and analytics; translate them to data and report architecture; develop functional specifications; develop implementation plans, build, test, train, and manage roll-outs of reports.

Strong collaboration and facilitations abilities across business and IS teams. - i.e. able to speak both business and technology language.

Key Linkages: Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, IS.

Strong discipline in developing technical and business documentation. Capture and track meeting minutes. Track and manage execution to workplan.
