We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team, this is a Danone grade 10 role and is based at our wonderful open plan head office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

As Sales Force Effectiveness Anaylst, you will provide analytical support and insights to the Healthcare Solutions & Strategy teams to enable them to make informed business decisions regarding Field Force Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

·  Provide reporting and data interpretation to commercial stakeholders using a variety of data sources
·  Development of a standardised suite of reports to meet end users requirements regarding all aspects of Field Force Effectiveness and Solutions Team activity
·  Administration of Sales Incentive scheme, target setting, performance monitoring, league tables & payments calculations.
·  Provide user support and training on all SFE reports and systems where appropriate

To be succesful in this role you will need to be proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Ideally you will have experience of handling large datasets in order to produce commercial reports and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience of working with CRM Systems & BI Reporting tools such as Microstrategy would be advantagious but training can be provided, you will need to be methodical and organised with the ability to meet deadlines as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
