About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee to support the  implementation of local and international development projects within the principles defined by R&I Management and safeguards the highest quality of the products;

 

Job responsibilities:

 

·  Maintains strict confidentiality on the laboratory data and all Danone procedures ;
·  Prepare pilot  request or laboratory samples ;
·  Assure, with the support of the R&I Manager, the order of necessary ingredients needed for the product test and checks the conformity of deliveries;
·  Prepare test request forms, including formulas details, production process and product parameters for the projects were will be allocated;
·  Actively participate to industrial trial performance of projects were local team is allocated;
·  Follows-up the results of the quality control during the product test shelf life and draws the appropriate conclusions;
·  Prepare test reports including the results of the test, the main learning from the test, and recommendations for the next steps;
·  Organize product-tasting session together with Marketing and Quality department and prepares the report;
·  Is responsible for the organization of parcels deliveries in different locations ;
·  Is responsible for the organization of samples needed for external analysis ;
·  Registers promptly and accurately all the laboratory research results and is responsible for their quality;
·  Work together with  UX/S&I/Marketing department for preparing the necessary samples used in a consumer research and make the report for the analyzed samples sent in research;
·  Issues different reports within her/his area of responsibility (ex:Launch Sheet,First Production Release Form)
·  Actively participates in all meeting related to R&I department, making proposals, recommendations;
·  Fulfills other tasks within his/her area of responsibility, depending on the needs or specific requests coming from line manager.

About you

Minimum Requirements:

·  Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between in:
·  Chemistry (Physical, Polymer, or Organic)
·  Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical or Mechanical)
·  Biological Sciences
·  Material Science
·  Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in Research through your academics, extra-curricular activities, or professional/volunteer work
·  Established self-awareness, in terms of understanding your own culture, identity, biases, prejudices, power, privilege and stereotypes
·  Experience working in a laboratory environment, through internships, university coursework, extra-curricular activities, part-time work, etc. 
·  Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in order to present out key research findings 
·  Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display a sense of urgency and initiative, while balancing creativity and flexibility
·  Excellent English communication skills
