QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY ENGINEER PSQC

As Quality & Food Safety Engineer PSQC, you have the opportunity to support our PSQC project teams food safety risks identification, mitigation actions along the Freeway process, as a member of the Quality in Design team within the Advanced Medical Nutrition Division

About the Job

In this role you will join a new team (We are also looking for a QFS Engineer with a focus on Inno/Reno !) You will focus on the PSQC ((Productivity, Secure Supply, Quality & Compliance) part , this means you will assess, manage and support cross functional PSQC project teams in quality and food safety risks identification, mitigation actions along a stage gate process. As a member of the Quality in Design team within the Advanced Medical Nutrition Division you execute risk assessments in cross functional projects teams. Part of your core task is to describe, communicate and support mitigation plans and actions for identified Q&FS risks related to PSQC projects. Support the QFSiD manager to govern Quality and Food Safety Risk analysis process along the stage gate process (PSQC). You will be an active contributor to the development and maintenance of a Risk Analysis tool for prioritisation of Risk Mitigation and Risk Management. As we are in a ever changing environment and taking the next stage in our stage gate process you will also develop, implement and report Quality in Design KPI (Risk monitoring). Naturally you will maintain QFS in Design documentation, participate in cross divisional Risk Analysis meetings and develop and Support de-centralised project teams with QFS Risk Analysis.

About You

To be truly successful in this role you need to have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Supply Point, Product Development or Central Business Unit environment. You are educated to degree level, in a technical subject (for example food chemistry, food technology, micro Biology, chemistry). And you have solid experience in Risk Assessment, for example HACCP. A major plus is if you have a degree as a Micro Biologist and experience with FSCC 22.000. In this PSQC role you have to have a flexible mindset, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to push back when needed.

Food ingredients and packaging materials.

Root cause analysis.
