About the job

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Prdocution Engineer - Bursa" position.

 

Be responsible from following requirements:

 

·  The production engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing production processes. They research and implement improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
·  Managing quality control processes to ensure the produced items meet quality standards. They monitor compliance with quality specifications and work to resolve quality issues.
·  Planning, coordinating, and overseeing regular maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Ensuring timely maintenance to enhance production continuity and efficiency.
·  Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to production processes to evaluate performance. Providing improvement recommendations based on analysis findings
·  Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards in the production area. Taking measures to prevent workplace accidents and developing guidelines for ensuring employee safety.
·  Continuously reviewing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and researching new methods and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
·  Collaborating closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues, manage projects, and ensure smooth operations.

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

·  Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
·  Minimum of 1 years of experience in production processes.
·  Proficiency in English is preferred.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
