About the job

This Product Development Manager is a pivotal role within the R&I space, driving innovation, renovation and productivity project delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
About you

·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or any closely related field
·  Minimum 5 years’ (with Bachelor’s) or 2 years’ (with Master’s) experience in a related field
·  Experience with food safety, HACCP and quality regulations and programs required.
·  Proficient in the use of sensory and consumer testing for qualification of product concepts
·  Knowledge of and ability to apply food science and/or processing principles to product development
·  Strong understanding of ingredient science, fermentation and manufacturing processes required; dairy science experience preferred
·  Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment About Danone
