Main responsabilities:

 

·  Support the follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring information is properly documented and shared with the relevant teams.
·  Assist in monitoring stock levels and service performance, helping to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
·  Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers to support product availability and timely issue resolution.
·  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help coordinate and track key activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
·  Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
·  Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day activities and projects. About you

·  You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented. 
·  You are fluent in English. 
·  Your Excel level is high.
