Mission of the role
• Proactive Diary Management including planning, organising and coordinating meetings
• Travel bookings for directors; liaising with all appropriate parties to ensure smooth travel
• Best in class expense management
• Organise VIP visits in UK from the global Danone teams
• Team meetings & events coordination

Key Accountabilities
• Managing diary arrangements for 2 directors
• Booking business travel arrangements including flights, trains, cars, hotels
• Expenses management on behalf of the Directors
• Managing VIP visits from other countries including organising hotels and evening activities, as well as being point of contact for them when they are in the office
• Venue sourcing for team conferences and support in the agenda/ organising entertainment
• Raising purchase orders from overheads budget

Additional Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of A-Level or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a PA / Administration role
3. Computer literate
4. Excel & PPT skills
5. Experience of Lotus Notes, Concur or Probuyer an adva

Part time role (18/19 hours a week) - Flexible working pattern. Ideally 3/4 days week.
