ABOUT THE JOB

 

We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled  Operations Transformation Manager  for a 12-month fixed-term contract , reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. In this role, you will lead the  strategic transformation and continuous improvement  of the Medical Devices (Pumps) roadmap, with a strong focus on embedding  new ways of working  and building  technical solutions  that enhance the operating model.

 

Your Responsibilities:

· 
Operations Management Leadership and Execution: Lead the operational project delivery of the business roadmap by driving cross-functional transformation, implementing tech-driven process improvements, developing communication strategies to support continuous improvement, and building scalable technical models aligned with business strategy.

· 
Project Management Process : Drive process improvement and service optimisation using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with Danone’s technology capabilities and budget.

· 
Stakeholder Management : Serve as the strategic liaison for key stakeholders by aligning transformation goals, managing milestones, resolving challenges with mitigation plans, and addressing evolving needs across local and regional levels.

· 
Communication: Develop and implement a communication strategy to drive process adoption, ensuring proactive updates for teams and formal engagement with key stakeholders across the business.
About you

You are a strategic, solutions-focused transformation leader with a passion for  operational excellence  and  continuous improvement . With strong  analytical skills  and a collaborative mindset, you simplify complexity into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. You excel at aligning stakeholders, leading change, and translating data into actionable insights. Your expertise spans  technical solution design ,  IT delivery , and  automation , ideally within  FMCG ,  healthcare , or  medical devices .

 

Ideally, you will have:

·  Proven experience in  Project and Transformation Management , with a strong foundation in  Continuous Process Improvement .
·  A background in  business, management, or information technology ; qualifications in  Business Transformation  or  Project Management  are highly regarded.
·  Proficiency in  EDI ,  CRM systems , Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and  Microsoft Office tools  (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with  SAP  is a plus.
·  Strong  analytical skills  with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making.
·  Excellent  stakeholder management ,  communication , and  collaboration  skills.
·  The ability to  work independently , manage  multiple priorities , and thrive in a dynamic environment.
·  Experience in  FMCG ,  healthcare , or  medical devices  is advantageous but not essential. About Danone
