TITLE: Materials Inventory Supervisor

LOCATION: San Juan Bautista, CA

We're currently searching for an experienced Supervisor in our non-perishable inventory division to oversee a team of inventory associates and forklift operators responsible for receiving, storing, controlling and issuing non-perishable supplies like clamshells, packaging film, and product labels to the production team. The Material Inventory Supervisor reports into the Material Inventory Manager within Earthbound Farm's Distribution division. This position will work from our San Juan Bautista, CA facility April through October and will relocate to our processing plant in Yuma, AZ November through March.

This is a challenging and rewarding role perfect for someone with at least three years of experience at the supervisory level within a large-scale, food processing facility or other highly regulated industry. Before applying, please carefully consider the following working conditions as qualified candidates must have the ability and desire to perform a refrigerated food manufacturing environment with regular exposure to temperatures between 34 – 36 degrees F; wet surfaces, smell of chlorine, loud noises, heavy machinery and forklift traffic and outdoor weather conditions.

This may be the job for you if:

·  You have at least 3 year's of experience managing or supervising hourly employees within a distribution / warehousing environment.
·  You have strong written and verbal bilingual (Spanish-English) language.
·  Are willing to be “on-call” and able to work PM and weekend shifts, if necessary.
·  You can demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize work based on short and long term objectives.
·  You are willing and able to seasonally relocate between San Juan Bautista, CA and Yuma, AZ.
·  You function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm.
·  You demonstrate ethical values and accepted professional standards such as good judgment, team builder, problem solver and self motivated
·  You are familiar with Inventory Management Systems as well as Microsoft Office Application
