The Learning Specialist will be delivering local learning initiatives under manager’s guideline by organizing learning events, managing logistics, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting to support employee development.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Local Learning Events
Coordinate local events, e.g. L&S, Townhall, Campus for All
·  Local Functional Learning Needs
Coordinate local events, e.g. L&S, Townhall, Campus for All
·  Learning Logistics
Coordinate session logistics including venue setup, virtual links, invites, materials, and trainer support.
·  Data Management
Maintain accurate records in Campus X (e.g., attendance, completions, evaluations).
·  Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on learning participation, compliance (e.g., mandatory eLearning), local budget monitoring & utilization including local government training fund (e.g. HRDF)

 
About you

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
·  3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
·  Experience in coordinating training programs, including logistics and delivery support. About Danone
