The Danone North America Learning Specialist is a critical member of the Learning and Technologies team, which sits within the Learning and Culture team in NORAM. The Learning Specialist will provide expertise and management of learning systems, and partner across the team on a variety of learning initiatives

Management of all Learning and Culture Systems
• Including but not limited to the LMS, our employee engagement pulse survey tool, our eLearning technologies, and others as needed
• Configuring and deploying processes/content as required - loading material into LMS, managing LMS catalog, maintaining processes in platforms as needed, providing training and support to HR/other team members
• Liaising with NORAM counterparts in systems management across the Danone global business, including leaders in IS/IT, HRSS, and others as needed
• Creating and updating job aids to support field Learning Administrators across NORAM

Reporting and Data Analysis
• Global social reporting, including liaising with HRSS and Group as needed
• Ensuring collection of post-learning feedback from employees; providing analysis and recommendations based on trends in partnership with Learning Coordinator and Learning Managers
• Maintaining learning score card for KPIs

Leading Onboarding Learning - Digital and Classroom
• Including management of eLearning resources for new hires - review/revisions, content creation, collecting employee/HR input and feedback
• Delivery/facilitation of quarterly classroom orientation in both corporate headquarters (CO and NY)
• Support to field/manufacturing for new hire learning needs, including content creation and potentially delivery

Creation of digital content
• Deployment of the content, and support for successful adoption by employees
• Maintain license for authoring software; maintain current knowledge and capability in content creation and deployment
• Partner with Learning Managers to understand and deliver solutions for specific needs

Support learning delivery
• Partner with Learning Coordinator on all communications for learning: newsletter, ad hoc emails, targeted communications, and manage One Learning a Day Workplace page
• Partner with the Learning Coordinator on onsite logistics
• Facilitation of a limited number of programs
• Support to Learning Managers as needed for facilitation
• Collect participant feedback and provide analysis and reporting with recommendations

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
o College degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
o 1-3 years of learning systems-related work experience
o 3-5 years of administrative or support experience in an office environment preferred
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Process/project management and strong organizational skills
o Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high-quality results
o Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail
o Team player who is patient, flexible, and calm under pressure
o Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and a dynamic schedule in which various times of year require balancing more workload and other times require less
o Growth and development mindset is preferred
o Ability to deal with people effectively and tactfully
o Must have the flexibility to identify and respond to changing priorities
o Working knowledge and experience in LMS platforms
o Experience processing contracts and invoices and POs
o Ability to provide detailed, accurate reporting
o Potential to travel overnight, estimated at 20%
