About the job
· Develop our KA Strategy and business by working closely in partnership with customers, comprehending their requirements.
· Deliver performance over market trends by coordinating and leading negotiation with assigned retailers.
· Understand the customer's short and long term strategic and financial objectives.
· Develop action plans based on customer & shopper insights (performance, trends, competition) to achieve business/spirits category targets.
· Plan and manage key account budget to ensure that all resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner.
· Conduct regular customer review and follow-up on scorecard.
· Drive the implementation and the embedding of customer P&L usage/customer/channels.
· Establish margin, promotions, terms, and conditions efficiently and effectively.
About you
· Minimum 3 years of similar experience in FMCG
· Proven experience with growing spirits category
· Modern Trade /Key Accounts knowledge.
· Strong knowledge of Shopper/Category/Channel.
· Effective skills of financial reasoning & data analysis.
· Proven abilities to build effective relationships and customer loyalty.
· Selling skills and effective negotiation.
· Driving license.
· Advanced level of English.
