DANONE NUTRICIA AFRICA & OVERS is looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Manager DNAO H/F in France (FR) based in Limonest, near Lyon.

Short-term contract from September to December 2019.

CONTEXT

In a context of strong competition, Danone Group has decided to strengthen its presence in Africa.
With a turnover of 1.2 billion euros on the continent, Danone consolidates leadership positions and embarks on new countries. The 'One Africa' organization aims to accelerate Danone's development in this strategic region and enable the Group to implement on the continent products, organizations and teams adapted to the realities of local markets.
The Baby Nutrition activity has experienced very strong growth over the past two years in the 40 countries where it operates.

ABOUT THE JOB

·  Protect and support Danone's business, innovations and assets by designing and implementing the optimal regulatory framework & category compliance, according to country regulations, Company policies and CBU specific needs.
·  Bring regulatory expertise and make recommendations to guarantee the conformity of the products and communication within the countries.Be a partner of the Business, work with local teams, provide them with guidelines, accompany them in the defined actions.

Regulatory :
- Innovation support
. Be the Regulatory point of contact in innovation projects
. Be responsible of the product artwork validation (with respect of timing)
. Is in charge of part of the external communication validation
- Team support
. Co-animate the DNAO regulatory network
. Train the team on Regulatory requirements
. Support on Regulatory question

·  Bac+5, Regulatory expertise, with 3-5 years of experience in regulatory field

·  Legal knowledge is appreciated

·  Attention to details & accuracy
·  Language spoken: fluent in French, high level in English
