In a context of major changes in business and organizations, we are looking for a position of 'Junior Media Manager (h/f)' for the Connect Team.
Permanent position (CDI) based in Limonest (RHA) - To be filled as soon as possible.
Missions :
Attached to the Media Manager, you are involved in promoting the 'consumer centric' vision.
Your main tasks are:
· Assist the media manager in setting up media plans for all the brands in the area concerned
· Ensure the operational follow-up of the plans by type of media with the media agency and the tracking for the digital operations:
· Elaborate effective traffic generation, consideration and awareness plans
· Using all paid addressable platforms such as programmatic, mobile, video, social, search and shopping
· Lead the setup of each campaign from media plan to content adaptation
· Help Marketing team to brief for the content Agencies, and ensure creative best practices, insights and trends within the channels are shared with the team
· Work with the CRM manager to develop first-party > third party strategies (audience identifications & retargeting mechanisms).
Operational day-to-day
• Negotiate with media agencies to maximize effectiveness of each media plan.
• Ensure a cohesive advertising message across campaigns.
• Optimize campaign and budget allocation across each digital platform
• Manage billing administration
• Pedagogical approach to empowered maketing team on digital & media topics
Profil :
2+ years of media planning, traffic management and strategic media assessments; in a media agency or Advertisers. Understanding of tech-based buying & optimization tools to manage current and future buying models.
You have good media knowledge on all communication channels and a very good level of digital knowledge and marketing. Curious, you have a good relationship and show organization and responsiveness to manage multiple files simultaneously. You are very organized, dynamic reactive to carry out this mission.
You have strong competencies with Excel and working knowledge with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Facebook manager, Google Adwords, Amazon AMS / DSP, DV360, Radarly, Answer The public / keywordTool and Datorama.
