You will be part of the Legal team, headed by the General Counsel Benelux. The team delivers high quality and pragmatic legal services to all parts of our business in the Benelux, while managing internal and external stakeholders (such as law firms and authorities). The Legal team focuses on innovative ways to help the business reach their objectives while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. You will be based in Zoetermeer but frequently traveling to Danone People Place Amsterdam and Brussels, as Junior Legal Manager!

About the Job
We are offering you a broad legal role where your main objectives will be to provide support to our 3 divisions: Essential Dairy- and Plant-Based, Waters, Specialized Nutrition. You will be a true business partner working closely together with the business teams.

Your key responsibilities:

·  Advice our marketing and sales teams on activation campaigns for our products, such as contests, tv commercials and advertisement in collaboration with bloggers;
·  Review and negotiation commercial contracts such as influencer contracts, supplier contracts, procurement contracts and logistics contracts;
·  Advice on commercial relations between Danone and its clients and suppliers;
·  Monitoring and management of IP matters in accordance with Danone IP policies;
·  Management, follow-up and reporting of litigations, key disputes and settlements;
·  Ensure policies are implemented by accompanying business from theory to practice;
·  Corporate housekeeping and reporting to the global corporate team.

Your profile

You graduated your Masters of Law at university or have already taken some first steps in your legal career and you are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus!).
