In the context of recent re-organization of the Finance Department, ELN Africa is looking for a Junior Business Controller to support the Topline & Operation Controller. Reporting to Topline & Operations Controlling Manager for ELN Africa, you will be responsible to perform Topline & Operations monthly closings, build and report Rolling Forecast, monitor trade terms, A&P (Marketing costs) and supply chain costs with Topline & Operations teams, and support the innovation process .

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Business Controller key contributions are:

·  Realize financial closings and quarterly Rolling Forecast (12 months estimates) with the Finance Controlling team mainly on Turnover and Operation Margin
·  Monitor trade terms conditions, A&P (Marketing costs) and supply chain costs with Topline & Operations teams
·  Support the FP&A (Finance Planning and Analysis Manager) in reporting process : key reports to deliver each month to the central Finance team

Topline Business support:

·  Realize monthly Net sales closing in SAP and ensure communication to Group through reporting in IS Tool (Magnitude)
·  Realize monthly Net sales reporting to others Services & local Clusters
·  Realize weekly Nets ales trend with local teams
·  Follow Commercial rebates through controls on the evolution, reconciliation with contracts
·  Support Sales, Supply and Marketing teams by providing ad-hoc analysis on request on Turnover, Margin or advertising costs (based on BI tool) and help building ELN Africa Strat Plan
·  Animate Finance communication within the Business unit (newsletter, key results)

Operation Business support:

·  Follow the innovation Project Portfolio and Ensure product costing into financial IS systems (SAP, BI tool: Essebase, etc.)
·  Analyze 6 ELN factories worldwide invoicing and discrepancies

Be a key interlocutor for Group reporting during monthly closing :

·  Fill-in the Topline monthly reports on time in the systems
·  Send complementary analysis to central Finance team
·  Help Building Quarterly Rolling Forecast (Budget) with cross functional teams and integrate it into systems

ABOUT YOU:

Master degree in Finance or in Business Administration
1 to 4 years experience in business controlling or in audit, ideally in the FMCG industry
Advanced French & English proficience
Microsoft Office ( Excel, Power Point) competencies mandatory ; SAP, BI and Reporting system (Essbase/Smartview, BPC, Magnitude) experience much appreciated
