Your role as Junior Business Systems Analyst (RPA)

Within the IT Benelux organization, the RPA (Robotics Process Automation) team provides support to the existing and to the new RPA applications in all Benelux Business domains. The team also collects & analyzes new requirements to develop or to coordinate them with 3rd Parties. Our scope includes about 15 Benelux companies from all 3 Health Businesses of Danone (Essential Dairy & Plant-based, Waters and Specialized Nutrition), ranging from Global Headquarters and Research Centre for Specialized Nutrition, to Sales Units and Supply Points from all 3 Businesses, as well as the Global Procurement organization of Danone.

As our Junior Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a link between RPA Benelux key users and the Local or Global Danone IT Teams to resolve Incidents and implement Enhancements or new solutions in both support mode and project. You will help the Business in automating their processes using UiPath software. In your role, you are a strong team player and you have the ability to bring new ideas and best practices. You will report to the Senior Business Systems Analyst RPA and you will work with functional teams across the organization.

About you
You will be fit for this role if you:

·  have 1+ years of experience in a similar position or in IT support
·  have experience and are familiar with RPA domain and UiPath software
·  have experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management)
·  have analytical skills with the ability to use MS Office and IT helpdesk tools
·  are fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken
·  are a team player, strong communication skills and eager to learn
·  have ability to build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
