About the Job

As our new Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, in charge of Global deployment. Key objective of this internship role is to monitor, analyze, prevent Customer queries/complaints, which we receive from our mainly internal Danone customers on a daily basis, to plan & replenish stock for few countries in our scope & be a key actor in several core processes within our team.  

Your main tasks will be:

·  Consolidating customer complaints from deployment
·  Analyzing the case, identifying root cause, corrective and preventative action & communicating back to the customers
·  Using system tools to track historical cases to prevent future complaints, drive process standardization (including ensuring accuracy of inputs from the customers)
·  Supporting specific customer deployment planning activities along-side your peer planners
·  Actively planning one (few) countries within the scope
·  Manage & support samples request / TTS Management/ Scrapping process.
·  Consolidate & analyze key KPI (CFR / Open orders / WO)
·  Support & contribute to weekly review with Sales Unites

 

During your internship with us you will be closely supervised by Lucie ABALLEA . You will join an energetic and international team in charge of deploying stocks from our global distribution center, with about 2000 SKUs going to 80+ countries representing 25% of the SNU net sales.

About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or related fields. You have a strong curiosity of further understanding end2end Supply Chain (process, stakeholders, operations). You are good at open & flexible communication with various functions/levels of stakeholders. You have the attention to details (fact finding, analyzing root causes, building preventive actions, involved in planning activities). You have a passion to drive and solve business challenges You can show good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

·  Enrolled as aBachelors/Mastersstudent during the whole internship period(if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  Ideally available to start inSeptember 2024for a minimum of 6 months,5days per week;
·  You are fluent inEnglish- oral and written; 
·  You are able to work from Zoetermeer office 
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer

 

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 650 euros per month based on full time. On top of this you will receive a home working allowance on the days you work from home and your travel is reimbursed when you travel to work. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

 

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
