YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :   

This internship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb HQas of 15th July 2024.

   

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, Hsien, Fixed Costs Controller will help you cross the finish line:  

 

·  25%: Direct involvement in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks, including: o Ensure costs and accruals are capture in the right cost center and in the right period. o Review with budget owners
·  20%: Support in building QFS Annual budget 2025 (AOP 2025) bottoms-up and arbitration between teams according to business strategy & priorities.
·  15%: Preparation of RF10 quarterly forecasts 2024 & 2025, bridge variances (actuals vs forecasts/ between each quarterly forecasts) at the same time engage with various stakeholders: o Budget owners to understand business plans, highlight risks and opportunities; o HR business partners, other financial controllers
·  15%: Assist in the preparation of reports, such as QFS Worldwide Quarterly business review
·  15%: Support our internal finance Power BI tool – Fixed cost tool: includes uploading of forecast data into the tool, maintaining the structure of cost centers, EU integration project
·  10%: Assist in study & implementation of COGS and Overheads reclassification

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP / THIS INTERNSHIP :  

· 
You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2) 

· 

About you

You are a champion : 

·  Available from 15th July for a period of 6 months.
·  Currently enrolled in a Master degree from a business school or equivalent with specialization in finance controlling.
·  Some other successful internship / work experiences.
·  Good proficiency in Excel and in Power BI. An additional knowledge of SAP & Essbase is a plus.
·  Rigor and organizational skills to deliver reliable information.
·  Fluent written and spoken English, French, a third language is a plus.
