YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris (boulevard Haussmann), at our (super) world headquarters from July 2024. 

To thrive in your missions, your coach at Danone,Antoine, M&A Manager, will help you cross the finish line:  

·  Participate in acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and in the various stages of an external development process 
·  Analyze companies: research economic information to present summaries to financial management (stock market comparables, transactional comparables, DCF, WACC calculations, etc.)
·  Model business plans and financial valuations (company valuation process)
·  Prepare summary documents for recommendation to Group General Management

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP : 

·  Exposure to a variety of environments, in terms of countries, professions, businesses and profiles encountered
·  Deepen your knowledge of finance within a major international group
·  Assignments with an operational and/or strategic dimension
·  100% reimbursement of travel expenses
·  A bonus ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross per month
·  2 days telecommuting per week

About you

YOU ARE A CHAMPION : 

·  Available from July 2024 for a period of 6 months
·  At least 4/5 years of higher education in a university, business or engineering school
·  Willing and able to work independently
·  You are rigorous, organized and have a strong analytical mind
·  You have solid skills in corporate finance and Pack Office
·  Do you speak English? We need someone who is fluent
