YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :  

 

This internship will take place in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann, in our superbe HQ, starting from July 2024.  You will be assisting the Corporate Compliance team (around 10 employees based in Paris) in day-to-day activities across the Company globally on the following pillars: Antitrust, International Trade Sanctions, Integrity, and Data Privacy. 

   

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, PAGLIA Sixtine, Data Protection Manager, will help you cross the finish line:  

·  Assist the team in the deployment of projects following from the global compliance roadmap across all topics (Antitrust/International Trade Sanctions/Integrity/Data Privacy). 
·  Prepare support materials and research for trainings and presentations on compliance topics. 
·  Follow up on reporting from the global compliance community to the corporate team on different compliance topics. 
·  Assist in the roll out of compliance communication and awareness campaigns within the organization. 
·  Maintenance and update of compliance related databases, documents and knowledge sharing tools. 
·  Assist in the communication and animation of the compliance community across the organization. 
·  Legal monitoring: surveillance and monitoring of compliance related laws, regulations, news and the statements or releases of the competent authorities (mainly anti-corruption, anti-bribery, antitrust and data privacy) in Europe and throughout the world.  

 

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

·  A great opportunity to get hands-on experience on a broad variety of Compliance matters 
·  Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
·  A gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master)

About you

You are a champion : 

·  Available from July for a duration of 6 months
·  Bac +5 with legal studies background and with strong interest in compliance matters; 
·  A previous internship in an in-house legal team or a law firm;
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority; 
·  Ability to work with autonomy and to deliver on various projects and deadlines; 
·  A team player comfortable working within a complex fast-moving, international environment; 
·  Dynamic, organized and rigorous with excellent written and oral communication skills; 
·  Full working proficiency in English and French both written and spoken;
