About the Job

You will be part of the Learning & Development team in our Cluster Business Services (CBS) organization which provides an essential service to the business within the cluster. CBS is currently in a start-up phase, therefore you will land in a very dynamic environment, full of new developments and plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in. TheDanone Academy has an ambitious goal that aims to optimize learning and development programs – based on regional and clusters needs – in order to foster employee’s professional development, personal leadership and expertise. As the Learning & Development intern you will support and coordinate these activities and have an important part in contributing to achieving these ambitious goals. So, what can you expect to be your key responsibilities ?

·  Planning and organization of trainings (leadership, personal development, functional)for Belgium and the Netherlands;
·  Support the virtual logistics (invitations, materials, bookings, etc.) to ensure a great learning experience to the participants;
·  Be the point of contact for participants and trainers;

In addition to the above, you will also have the opportunity to be part of other projects that will be available during the internship period. There is sufficient room to develop yourself as there is enough to do!

About You

We are looking for a student in a relevant Master degree (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education) who is able to find satisfaction in providing an excellent learning experience to the participants. You are digitally handy, are sufficient in Microsoft Excel and have basic skills in Microsoft Powerpoint. You are eager to get involved in anything this role may bring your way and are not be afraid to communicate with different levels of stakeholders. You are well-organized and have the ability to prioritize your work which is supported by your results- and customer-oriented mindset . You can work autonomously but also in a team.

·  Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period(if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch or Belgian university, corresponding to where you will be based);
·  Ideally available to start in January 2021 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
·  You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
·  You are able to work from Zoetermeer, NL OR Brussels, BE if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
·  IF YOU CHOOSE TO WORK FROM ZOETERMEER : You must acquire a BSN number to be able to complete this internship.
·  IF YOU CHOOSE TO WORK FROM BRUSSELS : An internship must be a mandatory part of your course.

You will be part of the CBS Learning & Development team, and open-minded and fun group of people who aim to provide the best learning and development opportunities for the employees of Danone in the Benelux cluster known as the Danone Academy. You will be closely supervised by Maxime Hollande , Learning Manager, and you will get to interact with other colleagues in the team.

As the team is spread across two locations, this role can be based in either Zoetermeer, NL or Brussels, BE based on your preference.
