Supporting the HR VP Africa in a fully international environment, the HRBP Africa will perform HR proximity activities with the team leaders and their teams on the following topics: recruitment, talent management, competencies development, C&B, Admin/Payroll, health and safety…

ABOUT THE JOB

You will have the following responsibilitiesfor your assigned population:

HRBP

·  Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and proper implementation of HR policies and guidelines
·  Accountable for ASR process & for people data quality and accuracy in HR tools
·  SPOC for your population on HR related topics, support, challenge and coach Team Leaders
·  Design and activate engagement programs for regional team

TALENT DEVELOPMENT

·  Manage onboarding & exit processes for regional team members
·  Prepare functional Talent Review including talent data analysis for the function
·  Animate and support Development Conversation process
·  Run career conversations with Managers
·  Consolidate & animate Regional T&L KPIs dashboards for HR Lead Team
·  Participate in Inclusive Diversity regional project

TRANSFORMATION

·  Translate Group policies into processes & accountable for consistency across the region
·  Support Group projects implementation across the region
·  Co-lead and co-design HR dashboards for HR community (clusters, HR Analytics: Analyze HR data and provide key HR insights to foster data driven decision
·  Tracking & animating action plans per Cluster and at Africa Level regarding Danone People Survey
·  Issue & manage internal communication across the region

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a person with:

·  Bachelor's degree with an HR specialization and at least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international environment
·  Excellence in execution: organized, attention to detail, rigorous, reliable
·  Collective Mindset and ability to work with various stakeholders in different regions
·  We work in English. Other languages are a bonus
